He is an experienced ICT, Management, Governance, and Banking Consultant with more than 30 years’ experience in Banking and Systems Implementation in Ghana and Nigeria. Skills repertoire includes Project Management, Business Requirements Specification, Business Process Re-engineering, MIS, Retail & International Banking, Flex cube/Micro banker, Clearing Systems and Branch Rollout.
As an ICT Consultant Emmanuel has been involved with IV & V projects in partnership with E & Y Consultants. As the Country Manager of Metro Star Ghana Limited, Emmanuel was the Lead Project Manager on the ICT Effectiveness Audit of the National Health Insurance Scheme, in Ghana. He was also the Lead Consultant in the Specification of System Requirements for the Ghana Commodities Exchange.
His hands-on banking and management experience and the lessons learned from coordinating the implementation of banking systems and business change in Ghana and Nigeria resulted in a very practical approach to Project Management and implementing change. His experience as a Consultant on Large Projects of National Dimension, and banks such as Metropolitan & Allied Bank Ltd. (Ghana), Marina International Bank Ltd. (Nigeria) & Union Bank PLC (Nigeria), proved his ability to liaise effectively with clients and implement sustainable business change on schedule and within budget.
He started working as an officer at SG-SSB –Accra Main and became a manager at the International Banking and Trade Finance. He also became Branch Banking Coordinator for Micro Banker Project, Manager- Branch Transformation, Business change Manager-Model Branch, manager-centralized Operations (Testing & Documentation). He worked as a consultant for Banking Transformation Limited and is the Country Manager for Metro Star Ghana Limited.
