A Multi-skilled professional with advanced competencies in Law, Human Resource, Project management, strategic management, corporate and Executive Training, negotiations and Employee Relations with over twenty-five (25) years post graduate qualifications and experience.

A Trained administrator with adequate knowledge of Ghana’s Public Administrative System, excellent office management, financial planning, and negotiation skills. Experience in both private and public sector of the economy and both international and national companies.

He holds Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Human Resources Management from University of Ghana- Legon, a Post –Graduate Diploma in Public Administration from GIMPA Green Hill, Masters of Laws from the University of Ghana, Legon, and Barrister-at –law from Ghana School of law and BA Hons. In Sociology from the University of Ghana – Legon

He worked with the National Mobilization Programme as the Dep. Regional Laison Officer in charge of Finance / General Administration and became the Assistant Director of Administration in charge of General Administration ILO and Labor Schedule at the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. He has also acted as Head of Resources at the Standard Charted Bank and manager of Industrial relations and welfare. At the Standard Charted Bank, he rose through the ranks to become the Senior Manager in charge of Employee Relations/Compensation & Benefits for West Africa. He then came to work as the Head of HRM Department (chief manager) in charge of providing Human Resource guidance and Expertise to Managing Director and Business Heads. From 2003 to 2004 he became the Chief of Administration & Human Resources at the Intercity STC Coaches Ltd in charge of providing strategic direction for the Human Resource Department.

He has worked at ITES Secretariat as the ITES HR Director/HR consultant/Private Legal practitioner in charge of assisting the HR and the skill set required for the ITES/BPO industries in Ghana. He has also worked as the Registrar for the Ghana School of Law and currently working as the Head of Legal and Human Resource for the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC).
